Where the money goes

Running Dantes costs money every month: servers, the database, email and the domain. It also costs time — finding, checking and re-checking thousands of resources so that each topic keeps only the ones worth yours.

Support pays for both. It keeps the directory free for everyone, including people who could never pay.

What support doesn't buy

• —Any say over what gets listed, where it appears, or how quickly it is reviewed.
• —Perks or locked content. Supporters see the same Dantes as everyone else.
• —Exceptions to how we curate. Every new resource passes the same four tests.
